I was born and raised in Uniontown Ohio, where I also raised both of my children. After graduating from Lake High School with a major in art, I knew creativity would always be a part of my life. In 2004, I became a single parent by choice, determined to give my children the best life possible. I knew I needed a career that would allow me the flexibility to be present for my kids while building a future for our family.

That fall, as my son started first grade, I enrolled in cosmetology school. By the following summer, I had begun my professional journey. in the beauty industry. After spending many years in the corporate world, I knew it was time for a new adventure — one that would allow me to combine my creativity, passion for people, and love of making others feel good about themselves.

On April 2, 2012., I opened my dream salon, Shear Possibilities. I chose the second because I didn't want my grand opening to be an April Fools' joke.! My salon was built on the belief that family comes first, and to this day, Shear Possibilities is made by family, for families.One of my most treasured pieces in the salon is the set of shears designed by my son and daughter, which still hangs on the wall today as a reminder of where it all began.

On my sixth anniversary, we moved into our current location, a space I absolutely love. My clients often tell me how much they appreciate the private, homey feel and relaxing atmosphere. For me, being a hairstylist has always been about so much more than hair. I love hearing my clients' stories, sharing in their adventures, and knowing that even 30 minutes in my chair can brighten someone's smile, lift their spirits, or change their entire day.

My approach to hair is personal and customized. I listen to your needs, your likes and dislikes, and your lifestyle to help create a look that makes you feel confident and beautiful. As a Grey Blending & Coverage Specialist and Color & Dimensional Specialist, I love creating everything from seamless grey blending and reliable grey coverage to soft, natural dimensions and bold, beautiful color. Together, we'll find the right look and maintenance routine for you.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of making a difference one head at a time, welcoming clients from age one to 107. Every person who sits in my chair brings a new story, a new canvas, and another opportunity to create something special.
