WHAT IS A SOUND BATH:

A deep immersive, meditative experience where you "bathe" in vibrations and tones of instruments like crystal or Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

BENEFITS OF A SOUND BATH:

The sound waves encourage your brain to shift from active, everyday states into slower, restorative frequencies. The experience engages your body's "rest and digest" mode, which can lower your heart rate and reduce stress hormones. Helping to release muscular tension and energetic blockages.

COST: $25 per person

$30 per person for a reclining chair (2 available)

Payment is taken at the door. Cash preferred or Credit Card available with 3% fee added.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and or eye mask. Whatever will help make you comfortable.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Lying on a yoga mat or sitting in a chair, get as comfortable as possible using pillows, blankets, and eye masks. A brief guided breathing exercise to help you ground yourself and relax. For the next 45 to 60 minutes, a variety of instruments will be played. You may hear the high, crisp tones or the deep, rumbling vibrations. Your only job is to realx, listen and let the waves of sound wash over you. The re-awakening, the instruments will slowly soften and fade out, followed by a couple minutes of quiet stillness. Then will be guided back to full awareness so you can stretch and sit up.

REQUIREMENTS: Pre-registration is required to save you a space or seat. Once registered, if you need to cancel, please give us a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to event. Registration is open until Sept. 7th at 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 12 registered participants is required for us to host this experience. If we do not reach the minimum of 12 registrations, we will unfortunately have to cancel the event.
